Partner program terms

1. Joining

The program is by application only. We approve or decline applications at our discretion and may end a partnership at any time, for example if these terms are breached. Approved partners get a personal code and link (https://exclusivetrust.com/?ref=yourcode).

2. Commission

You earn 20% of the amount actually paid (excluding any tax) for each ExclusiveTrust order placed through Stripe checkout with your code attached. At current prices that is about $29.80 per $149 Trust Report and $79.80 per $399 Managed Fix. Future products may have different rates, which we will announce before they apply.

3. Attribution

When someone opens your link, their browser stores your code for 60 days (first-party local storage on our site; see our privacy policy). If they open another partner's link later, the most recent link gets the credit. Orders count only if your code reaches Stripe with the order. Browsers or settings that clear or block storage may prevent attribution; we can't credit orders we can't see.

4. When and how you're paid

Commission becomes payable once an order is more than 14 days old (our refund window) and has not been refunded, partly refunded or disputed. We calculate commissions monthly and pay by PayPal or another method we agree on, usually within the first 10 days of the following month. We may hold amounts under $25 until the next month. If an order is refunded or reversed after we pay, we may deduct that commission from future payments. You are responsible for any taxes on your commission, and we may ask for tax information before paying.

5. Not allowed

• Self-referrals: orders by you, your business, or for domains you own or control yourself.
• Spam: unsolicited bulk email, messages, forum or comment spam, or anything that breaks anti-spam laws.
• Paid search ads that bid on "ExclusiveTrust" or similar terms, or ads that look like they come from us.
• Misleading claims, including guaranteed inbox placement, guaranteed protection from all phishing, describing us as a licensed trust company, or fake reviews. Describe our services accurately.
• Cookie stuffing, forced clicks, or hiding your link.

Orders gained through these methods earn no commission, and we may end the partnership.

6. Disclosure

Tell people clearly that you earn a commission if they buy through your link, as advertising rules (such as the FTC's endorsement guides in the U.S.) require.

7. Your relationship with us

Partners are independent. You aren't our employee, agent or representative, and you can't make promises on our behalf. Clients buy directly from us under our terms and refund policy.

8. Changes and contact
